Roxana Caballero

Biography

I've always been quite restless, not so much with my body, but with my mind.

I've always worked with my hands.

I love traveling and exploring, drawing inspiration from nature, colors, cities, their art and culture.

I'm always looking for things that surprise me, things to learn, things that challenge me.

I grew up surrounded by art; creating with my hands has marked my life since I was a child.

Biography

AS AN ARTIST

I'm happy with brushes, paints, and clay in hand.

My predilection is material art, painting, sculpture, and modeling.

I love the colors of nature; I can't stop admiring the perfection of the shapes, textures, and shades it offers us.

Despite working with a wide variety of techniques, my works have a common thread:

they go beyond the base, they're not flat, they're embossed and/or voluminous, there's always something inviting to touch them, something that transports you, that draws you closer to see them.

The coherence of my work is based on the transmission of sensations and messages through an expressive language rich in personality, a visual texture that captivates and invites observation in detail.

My techniques are also anchored in utilitarian/decorative objects.

I also undertake commissioned works, always respecting my expressive style, but with great versatility and adaptability.

Since 2023, he has exhibited in various Italian locations, and his works can be found in bars, restaurants, B&Bs, and private collections.
